Thank you for visiting my site! My name is Mrs. Ratfire, I am Head Mistress of the Rat Castle in Sheffield Lake Ohio, USA. I live in a small town on a Great Lake. I have extensive gardens surrounding my home, 5,000 square feet of them!

It is a fariy tale of roses, hostas, lillys, bear's breeches, butterfly buses, rose of sharon and red cardinal lobelia, fairies, dragon flies, elfs and woodland creatures! The gardens are accented by evergreens, ornamental trees and shrubs, birch trees and Japanese Maples. The yard and gardens set to a wooded back drop of forest. It is a bird and butterfly paridise. The humming birds swarm here every year and the twitter of thousands of birds in the woods is quite enchanting!

My wishnicks in the Rat Castle Kitchen love to cook, I take credit for all of their work! On my blog, I have posted hundreds of low calorie, low fat recieps, most with calorie counts and many are posted in Metric and American measures.

I have the privallage of an international audience and I too, have become their audience. I have visited fantastic blogs of the people that leave a "like" on my posts. I enjoy their posts in my Word Press Reader.

This is much more enjoyable than I could have imagined. Rencently, I have been posting recipes from the blogs I follow. The recieps are building into a dizzying array of simple, quick, low calorie cusine.

Categories are on the right of blog and if you scroll through to the bottem of the page, you can hit a button to older posts, which will be more recipes in that category. I need to add a complete alphabetical listing area, which I am working on.

I have a simple weight loss plan on my blog. A post about a walking trick to burn 300% more fat! Top it off with a "Fat Melting Ice Tea!"

I was a professional stand-up comedian and enjoy sprinking humor through-out my posts. Along with entertaining U-Tubes that make me laugh out loud!

When I die, I am turning into a Zombie and will lumber my way to D.C. to eat some brains. I figure they are show room new from lack of use! Although they might be full of "fat" from never being used. Well, I suppose all Zombie Babes are low carbers, so that may work. I plan to start with congress and chow my way through the senate. I will blog about it so you have time to tune into C-Span, you know, that channel no one watches, and watch the carnage live!
