MRS.SUSHAMA NALE RAUT
Public Speaker, Volunteer, and Writer in SATARA
Mrs. Sushma Shrirang Nale hails from a small yet culturally rich village, Parandwadi, in Satara district, Maharashtra. Growing up in a simple rural environment, she developed a deep love for reading and storytelling from an early age. Her primary education at the local Zilla Parishad school laid a strong foundation for her literary journey.
Her passion for books grew stronger during her school years in Phaltan, where exposure to a variety of literature shaped her thinking and creativity. She later completed her D.Ed. from Kolhapur, marking the beginning of her professional journey as a primary school teacher.
Writing, for her, is not just a hobby but an emotional expression. What began as thoughts and feelings gradually transformed into poetry and storytelling. The COVID-19 pandemic became a turning point, inspiring her to channel her experiences, emotions, and observations into structured writing.
Currently serving as a teacher in a Zilla Parishad school in Karad, she continues to inspire young minds while nurturing her literary passion. With strong support from her family—especially her husband, who is also an educator—she has strengthened her writing skills. Her children, too, reflect her creative influence, showing interest in writing and reading.
Through her poems and stories, she aims to convey real-life experiences, emotions, and social reflections to readers. She believes in continuous learning and values the feedback of readers and well-wishers who help her grow as a writer.
Her vision is to publish a collection of poems that captures the innocence, thoughts, and creativity of her students, while also sharing her own literary journey with the world.
