Aisha J. Robinson, Ed.S.

Tranformative Leader

I’m Aisha Robinson, an educator, program director, and community advocate dedicated to creating learning environments where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

With more than two decades of experience across schools, nonprofit organizations, and community-based programs, I’ve built my career on expanding pathways to success for learners of all ages. My leadership is rooted in service—listening deeply, leading with empathy, and centering the voices of those most impacted. I believe in cultivating spaces where both students and educators can thrive.

A proud graduate of The Fort Valley State University and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., I blend my background in education and engineering to champion equity and opportunity in STEM. Over the years, I’ve secured grant funding that advances Black women and girls in technology, helping to shape the next generation of innovators.

Recognized for building strong teams and designing sustainable, people-centered programs, my passion lies in developing leaders who will build a more just, inclusive, and educated society. I hold specialist and master’s degrees in education, along with a bachelor’s in electronics engineering technology.

At my core, I am committed to inspiring others, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful change that lasts.
