I'm about a mindful minute, working out hard and then playing even harder, quiet and meaningful meditation, having Chai and watching the sunset, and laughing whenever I can with all the ridiculous stress in this world.

I’m an advocate for those with special needs. I'm a mom. I seem to often be murdered on films and TV shows, but lately I've been getting to be the one to kick ass. I make lists or else I forget things, like the kitchen sink.

Laughing is good for the soul. It doesn't happen enough.
