Hello there,

I moved here from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and I am excited to start up my new life as a teacher. I used to be the owner of a tshirt print shop, and have worked in the printing industry for the past 10 years. The best parts of my various printing jobs were the teaching opportunities. I realized I would be a much better teacher than a business owner. So after a year of volunteer teaching around Philadelphia city schools I came up to OISE.

I love teaching and the wonder of education. I am training to become an elementary teacher, and so far I have taught in a Grade 1 class and a full-day Kindergarten that took place in a hallway/foyer. I spend a lot of time putting together smartboard lessons and coming up with cool-looking handouts.
