I am a Dubai based entrepreneur and investor. I founded UMC Dubai, the luxury chauffeur company I now chair. I work as an independent real estate advisor to international clients acquiring property in the city.

My advisory practice grew out of years spent inside the market as a Senior Investment Specialist at Range International Investment, one of Dubai's established investment firms. I went out under my own name to do the work the way I believe it should be done. Today I counsel families founders and institutional buyers on the acquisition of Dubai property, drawing on the same research process and underwriting discipline I apply to my own holdings.

My formative years were spent across six cities. Pakistan formed the foundation. London gave me my business education. Shanghai showed me enterprise at industrial scale. San Francisco grounded me in how capital and markets really work. Toronto sharpened how I think. I chose Dubai as the place to build invest and advise in parallel and I have been based here since.

Alongside the firms I chair and the clients I advise I run a private investment practice on my own account. I invest across global equities and I am active in digital asset markets to a defined framework with strict rules on entries exits and risk per trade. I treat it as a separate professional discipline rather than a side interest. The work keeps my judgement sharp on price and risk in a way that complements the longer time horizons of property and the businesses I chair.

The principle running through every part of my work is the same. Read the ground before acting. Take the long view. Hold every position to the standard I would want applied to my own capital. The people I work with get the benefit of that standard whether the capital is theirs or mine.
