To reserve and secure your slot, simply click “Schedule Appointment” button. Click 'Book Now' to fill out the booking form and enter my name 'Shea West' to the Therapist Name. On the second page above, before entering your payment information, select payment and confirms the reservation with me once it's approved.

Reminder❗❗❗ : If you fill out the card page and it's declined or there's an error, please check to see if your bank has notified you or noticed that you've have pending transaction to your account. Just authorized the transaction and wait until 5 minutes and fill out the form again to make it worked.
