Ms. King is a graduate of Guilford College with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Interpersonal Communications (2015). She has three years of nonprofit experience serving as a board of directors with I Am A Queen, a women’s empowerment organization that builds self-esteem in girls and women, and encourages individuals to give back to their communities.

With three years of public speaking experience as an Independent Inspirational Speaker, with a focus on Child Sexual Abuse, Sexual Violence and Domestic Violence, she is very passionate about advocacy, diversity, educating and cultivating the minds of youth. Her testimony was not built for her to endure alone, but to share with other's and help them realize they too are, "Simply Unique".
