Fredrick Msaki is a dedicated Magistrate within the Judiciary of Tanzania, bringing extensive experience from the private bar to the bench. Prior to my judicial appointment, I developed a robust legal background at premier firms including APT Legal and Wellmark Legal as well as the Tanganyika Law Society. My expertise spans high-stakes litigation, jurisprudence and a strong commitment to human rights advocacy.

I am particularly passionate about the intersection of law and technology. I am a vocal advocate for integrating AI and digital tools into the legal framework to modernize courtrooms and expedite the delivery of justice. My professional mission is centered on leveraging legal tech to transform how rights are accessed and protected in the digital age.

Outside of my judicial duties, I am an avid trekker who enjoys conquering Tanzania’s rugged landscapes. I also appreciates the finer things in life, often spending my downtime exploring the rich history and nuances of fine wines.
