Autumn Marie is a public relations and brand development professional committed to art, culture, social justice, and the stories and successes of the people that propel them. With nearly a decade of experience in publicity, marketing, event production, and talent relations, Autumn has worked with premiere lifestyle brands, corporate entities, and top tier artists both as an independent consultant and as the PR/Marketing Associate at Digiwaxx Media.
Concurrently Autumn Marie has organized successful campaigns and programming around education equality, food justice, holistic wellness, alternatives to incarceration, reproductive justice, police brutality, and political prisoners. Autumn uses her unique position as someone simultaneously entrenched in New York's fast paced music, film, and entertainment world and equally well rooted in the grassroots activist community to bring a fresh voice and well-rounded approach to both sectors.
Originally from Chicago, at age 20 Autumn became the youngest member of both Chicago's Citywide Taskforce on Balanced and Restorative Justice and Incite!'s National Task Force on Racism and Reproductive Justice. She is a former member of Estacion Libre and Critical Resistance, a past lead organizer at Sistas on the Rise, and a current member of Malcolm X Grassroots Movement. She has spoken at numerous conferences including the national follow-up to Durban's World Conference Against Racism and The World Youth Festival in Caracas, Venezuela.
Autumn Marie creates, curates, and popularizes platforms, events, and programming utilizing media and pop culture for community engagement, social awareness, cultural preservation, and community development.
