Matthew Schwartzel

Matthew Schwartzel is an amateur golfer and a professional chef at Harbor Day Country Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He sees many parallels between the golf course and kitchen, most of which deal with respecting the art of each task. Outside of golf and cooking, Matthew enjoys spending time at the beach and playing beach handball.
