I am a health and fitness coach who believes exercise and fitness do NOT have to be painful – in fact, the more fun and enjoyable we make it, and the more we match it to our own unique interests and lives, the better our results. Getting in shape can feel like an impossible dream, but I've found that with the right support and coaching, almost ANYONE can begin to enjoy being active, and feel better in their bodies!
As a former business coach (and out-of-shape workaholic), I experienced firsthand the tremendous positive impact of fun exercise. In my 30s, I began dabbling in yoga, dance, and fighting. I learned that doing "what's fun" in exercise had an exponentially better outcome than feeling guilty about "not getting to the gym." I was inspired to get certified as a fitness professional to support and empower more people to feel alive and good in their bodies. I now provide individual fitness coaching, personal training, and in-home yoga and dance lessons, as well as group classes and workshops in SW GA.
In all my classes and coaching, I strive to take the fear and anxiety out of exercise, and to ease people of all ages, shapes and sizes into enjoyable activities that leave them feeling great and wanting more.
