Background:

I graduated from the University of Durham in 2005, completing modules including
Software Engineering, Project Management, Programming, and Artificial
Intelligence. During my time at University, Lane Systems Ltd offered me a three
month work placement, introducing me to computer networking, and the IT support
industry. Following my graduation, I was offered full-time employment at Lane
Systems Ltd. My time at Lane Systems Ltd started as a junior technician, which
led on to being promoted to Operations Director in 2010. I now lead a team of
three managing over 35 clients in a wide range fields of industry, including
engineering, finance, housing, citizens advice and retail. For more
