A native of the Brooklyn streets Catherine's "the revolution has begun" phrase is now in full effect with the introduction of the KittyRose LyfeStyle blog hosted by Catherine that features eye opening conversations about hot topics, information about the latest trends in fashion, entertainment, the arts and community issues that affect us all. In addition to this forum Catherine has been involved in various projects where she takes on serious views and action plans for our neighborhoods, cities and world issues.

Catherine's resume includes; modeling for magazines like Essence and Designer Fashion Shows. A dancer for the Grind's, MTV which lead her to work with such artists as LL. Cool J, Barbara Tucker & Maxwell. Her expertise and relationships as a fashion stylist working with designers Shapes by Anton & others paved the way for her to style for Windup and Motown Records, where she would style for various singers like R&B Artist, Grenique Harper, Carl Thomas. Having been a stylist for several years allowed for Catherine to become Fashion Editor to many small international fashion publications. Incorporating her fashion flair, she worked with clothing companies such as J. Crew, Cross Colors and Maurice Malone. In 1998 she set forth the path of entrepreneurship and started freelancing for modeling agencies where she styled models that graced the ad campaigns of Gap, Calvin Klein, and Sean John. In 2000, Catherine began working in wholesale clothing sales building new relationships with specialty boutique owners and department store buyers. As a business owner she mapped out a blueprint for herself in an array of different projects that has given her the capabilities to share her unique style, views and energy. In 2005 Catherine started the branding of KittyRose, a vast collection of one of a kind handmade earrings and expressive tee-shirts that were created to inspire today's urban woman. In 2010 she opened her first boutique in The Malcolm Shabazz Harlem Market. The boutique sold unique artist jewelry and designs, Music, poetry, funky handbags, paintings with small home accents. For 2011 Catherine wanted to take the KittyRose Brand and make more of difference in her community.
