Lisa Ellis (Manager)

An experienced executive and manager, Lisa Ellis served as the Executive Vice President of Sony Music Entertainment, Inc., and was with the company for more than 15 years. While with the Sony Music Label Group, she acted as a General Manager for multiple divisions of Sony Music Entertainment, Inc, including Columbia Records and Epic Records. Lisa Ellis also functioned as President of Sony Urban Music.

After leaving Sony in 2010, she joined Fireman Capital Partners in Boston as an Operating Partner. Her position with the company involved work as an advisor to the fund as a marketing and advertising expert, and sales specialist. She joined New York City’s Box Three Eight Eight Management as a Principle Partner and Brand Specialist while completing the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School. She has served Box Three Eight Eight for more than four years.

Ellis is a Term Member with the Council on Foreign Affairs and an Active Member of the Recording Academy of Arts and Sciences. She also supports the Girl Scouts of America and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
