Hi, i am a 38 years old Organizational and Personal Development Consultant.

12 years of experience in Mass Media and 9 years in Organizational Development. Used to working under pressure, exceeding its goals of 10% to 15%.

Creative, dynamic, flexible and proactive, with particula interest to develop in the areas of Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training, demonstrating ability to lead teams and solve problems, with computer skills.

Experience in designing training programs and events; organizational and personal change programs through coaching, continuous improvement, operational, supervisors and executive trainner.

With experience in Employee Satisfaction Evaluation, 360 °, Assessment Center, Emotional Quotient Evaluation, Effective Communication, Leadership, Negotiation... 10 years of experience in communication projects (radio and television).

I currently reside in San Andres Cholula, Puebla, in this moment I am developing my personal blog and Facebook page to stay in touch and share knowledge.
