I work in the field of information security, doing vulnerability and exploit research, penetration tests, and have been in the industry for 6 years. Nothing is quite as exciting as discovering an exploitable 0-day vulnerability, especially in security infrastructure like firewalls.

I drink near lethal doses of coffee, enjoy the sound of a good Vinyl LP, and I love messing around with Software Defined Radios, as the concept of seeing invisibly transmitted information has a certain magical quality. I always have some music playing, and have been known to dabble in the fine arts of playing the piano and saxophone.
