As a change agent, I am committed to helping your company and team realize their goals and objectives in creative, convenient and timely ways. My experience as a consultant crosses cultures, continents and includes work in the USA, Latin America, Africa, Iraq, Yemen and Tajikistan.
My coaching and training style easily adapts to the needs of the organization and may involve digital training, 1-1 meetings, workshops, seminars or exchanges via phone, computer or on site. Communication systems will be ironed out in the first 30 minute free coaching session provided to new clients.
Training and coaching without measureable results is a waste of both your time and money and mine. My objective is to drive results for the team/company through:needs assessments, analysis of data, research, and observation. These steps take time but do not have to be costly. Working together with your team, who know your market, your products/services and your competitors means an efficient and effective plan will be hammered out together.
Looking at problems and concerns with an eye to turning those into opportunities for growth and development is something I do well.
