I am a new dad of a wonderful baby boy! I've been married to my wife since 2009, and I'm currently working full time and going to school. I'm working towards a second Bachelors degree with a focus in Electrical Engineering.

I'm pursuing electrical engineering because after receiving a Bachelors Degree in Social Science, and working as a restaurant manager, I decided I wanted something more. I started noticing a fascination with power facilities, electric vehicles, and the integrated world of technology around us.

I'm focusing on Power Engineering with the hopes of being able to influence a more efficient production of power. As research grows in Solar and Wind power the easier it will become to implement. There will still be ways of using resources around us to ensure better transmission of the power we produce, and ultimately making the process better for our environment.

Being environmentally conscious when supplying power will help ensure that I will be able to enjoy hiking with my family. I'm looking to be in a job to influence people, and to be able to enjoy the place I live with my family.
