For the past twenty years, I have been helping businesses grow, initially through the direct involvement in their sales and marketing functions. Working for over 15 years in the Advertisng and Marketing sector. Developing strong and lasting relationship with key clients and suppliers that had direct results on the bottom line

The last ten years my focus changed, I became more involved in the integrated digital communications and lead generation programmes of businesses and business units.

Over these years I have been responsible for delivering both the on and off line marketign strategies and the implementing the tactics that deliver growth and new revenue streams.

In the past twelve years I have successfully grown a number of businesses from start up positions or helped to revitalise that specific business.

Latterly, enThralled Consultancy has been a vehicle of interim positions or projects with small and medium sized organisations. Sucess has been achieved through the development of digital sales and marketing strategies tailored to ROI achievement.
The end result has been same, engagement with real people that brings about a 'skip-change' within the business and importantly its bottom line figures and how it is perceived internally and externally.

Having played 1st class rugby at Saracens, Cornwall and England, I understand the importance of team dynamics and creating the 'honeycomb-effect" within your organisations
