Since 1981, Marcia Tumpowsky has been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist working in massage and the healing arts.

• Certified 500 hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher
• Certified in Restorative Yoga
• Certified Healing Touch Practitioner
• Was a member of the American Polarity Therapy Association
• Registered Polarity Practitioner
• Co-Founder of the East End Alliance of Massage Therapists
• Founding Member of the Guild of Wholistic Practitioners

Marcia has many years of experience in massage and other healing modalities and blends all these techniques together to form a unique therapeutic massage.

Marcia's Yoga Schedule is:

Sundays and Thursdays @ 8:00 AM Long Beach, Sag Harbor-The Sunday before Memorial Day to Labor Day and beyond

She teaches Meditation too.
