Michael Thomas Vassallo

Michael Thomas Vassallo works between narrative and experimental forms. His film and video works have been exhibited at festivals and venues including BFI Flare: the London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, the Milwaukee LGBT Film/Video Festival, the Institute of Contemporary Art Philadelphia, and the Athens Institute of Contemporary Art. His short film Lucy, 4:57 PM was nominated for the Jury Prize for Best Short Film at the 2014 Indianapolis LGBT Film Festival. He lives and works in Brooklyn, where he also curates the MY TEENAGE DREAM ENDED reading and screening series.
