I have been working in the recruitment industry since1997. I founded Resolve Management Associates Inc. in the Spring of 2000. Prior to this, I worked for several years at one of Toronto's largest retainer based recruitment firms. I also have experience as a corporate and personal trainer; assisting corporations in staff development, transformation and working with people to achieve their dreams. We provide recruitment, outplacement and in-house recruitment services to our clients. Outside of recruitment, I am a figure skater, formerly on the National Single Ladies team. I train elite athletes on a part-time basis, and am a designated Technical Specialist, for our Central Ontario Section. This position allows me to provide technical performance levels to judging teams, from Novice through Senior competitive levels, provincially across Canada
