Earth, Twig and Fire
Highgate Society Hall, Pond Square, London N6
Making camps, climbing trees, baking bread on a bonfire, sledging in the dark or having a barbecue in the middle of winter, these are just some of the things we do at Earth, Twig and Fire, a new club for kids aged 6 – 10. Most of the activities we do are outside, come rain or shine, where the children are free to get dirty, explore nature, make up games and let their imaginations run wild. When we are indoors, at Highgate Society Hall on Pond Square, Highgate, we build a tower of boxes with stepladders, create wacky specs with recycled materials, or invent a new art form with a giant canvas and tins of paint. Indoors or outdoors the emphasis is on fun, while giving the children the chance to try different experiences, develop new skills and build confidence. Each week we do a different activity to keep it interesting. The children like not knowing what they are letting themselves in for!
Are these the kind of things your child enjoys doing? Would they like to be a member of Earth, Twig and Fire? If so then call Suzy on 07712 885974 or email [email protected]. Or go to https://sites.google.com/site/earthtwigandfire
