Dog Grooming San Francisco

San Francisco Bay Area

Mudpuppy's Tub and Scrub has been working with dogs for over 15 years, so you can trust that your k9 best friend is in gentle, experienced hands at bathing and grooming time. With two locations to serve you, and a third to be open soon, Mudpuppy’s is the clear choice for bathing and grooming your dog or cat in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mudpuppy’s original storefront is conveniently located at one of the largest off-leash dog parks in the nation, the Point Isabel Regional Shoreline in the city of Richmond, CA. This location also is home to the Sit & Stay Cafe, where you can enjoy an espresso beverage or gourmet sandwich while you wait for your pooch to be pampered.

The second store, opened in 2011, is located in the heart of the historic Castro district in San Francisco at 536 Castro street. This scenic location features a renovated carriage house dating back to 1880 and a garden courtyard area. In addition to dog bathing found at the original location, the Castro store also offers full-service dog and cat grooming by Blake Hernandez. And for the puppy owners out there, a puppy social awaits you on Thursdays, complete with snacks and refreshments.

As an expanding business, Mudpuppy’s Tub and Scrub is set to open it’s third location in Fall of 2013 in the Marina district of San Francisco on Chestnut street. Similar to the Castro location, the newest store will double as a scrub club and a grooming salon.

But it isn’t simply all business for the owners of Mudpuppy’s. Owners Daniel Bergerac, Eddie Lundeen and Todd Ahlberg care about helping the community. Mudpuppy’s is proud to be a regular host of dog adoption events as well as fundraisers for charity organizations of the San Francisco Bay Area.
