Graduated with a BA in English Language and Literature from Arab Beirut University, Lebanon in 1976.

Joined BBME (HSBC) Jordan in 1976 and moved to SABB (HSBC) Saudi Arabia in 1979. Retired in 2013 and joined HBON (HSBC) Oman as Senior Audit Manager.

Persued self education in banking sector through studies in the Central Ban of Jordan, obtaining Diploma in Financial Services from Australia and studied the CIA of IIA in Riyadh.

Married with two daughters and three sons.
