I'm the CEO of Connect Ventures, where I help startups and growing businesses cut operational costs and scale through offshore team building, digital transformation, and — more recently — custom AI software development. Over the past 25 years, I've supported 250+ startups and SMEs globally, building offshore teams, digital products, and back-office systems that let founders focus on growth instead of overhead.

In recent years, Connect Ventures has expanded into custom AI software development, helping clients build AI-powered products, automate workflows, and integrate AI into their existing systems. This is a natural extension of our long-standing digital transformation work — now applied to the next generation of AI-driven tools.

Alongside Connect Ventures, I've spent much of my career giving back to Faisalabad's entrepreneurial ecosystem — building communities, running training programs, and mentoring founders from idea stage to launch.

Ecosystem Building
Founded Faisalabad's first private incubator and co-working space, its first local IT community fund for startups, and communities including WordPress Faisalabad, Startup Grind Faisalabad (as Chapter Director), and Faisalabad Software Houses. Helped establish the city's first Techno Park at FCCI and first IT Park in collaboration of Sitara Group & PSEB.

Training & Mentorship
Trained 350+ individuals and startups through hands-on programs. Mentored founders through MIT Enterprise Forum Pakistan's Business Acceleration Program (2013 winner, later mentor in 2015) and Discover NUST Business Plan Competition. Organized Pakistan's first TechStars Startup Weekend and three editions of Pakistan Startup Cup in Faisalabad.

Global Recognition & Representation
Represented Pakistan's startup ecosystem at Startup Grind Global Conference (Silicon Valley, 2018 & 2019) and as a panelist at the World Youth Forum (Egypt, 2018). Served as Amazon's first AWS Startup Scout in Faisalabad, promoting AWS adoption among local founders.

Beyond Connect Ventures, I'm also Co-Founder of MyRx, Pakistan's AI-powered prescription medicine refill service, and run several ventures spanning e-commerce, WordPress support, and digital services.
