My passion point is people and organizations. People from very non-skilled, semi-skilled or highly skilled to professionals of high caliber. Organizations that are setting its essentials, struggling for survival in the challenging environments and niggling the excellence through best professional practices. I want to make sure the value and diversity throughout my profession. Certainly people and organizations that value their human capital and adopt effective management practices are most likely to survive and gain competitive edge over the others.

I am MSc GPP (with HR as Specnialized subject) and MBA. I am a qualified, tested and proven executive, having (more than 16 years of) successful professional experience in achieving managerial excellence through practicing leadership and high caliber managerial capabilities in the Government as well as the organizations of national and multinational prestige. I have also rendered management consultancy services to clients on human resource management, food safety management systems, health and safety, quality, productivity, business process reengineering, monitoring and evaluations, social media integration, training and business marketing. Developed and implemented integrated quality and productivity management system comprising QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, HACCP DS 3027 E; 1997, GMP’s, FSMS ISO 22000 first time in Pakistan in year 2003-2005. I had started my career with Management and Professional Development Department (MPDD), Government of The Punjab and completed the one and half year professional Internship program and worked as Research Associate on the various projects of Governor's task force of reform agenda which was formed in 2002-2003. My qualification also strengthens my introspection of being the most agile professional.
