Muhammad Muhammad Abubakar, Esq is a commercially aware legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and experience in public procurement, corporate and commercial practice, regulatory compliance, and litigation.He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025.

He completed his National Youth Service at the Bureau of Public Procurement, Abuja, where he worked within the legal department, advising on procurement processes and supporting compliance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007.

His work involved the drafting and review of agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and other corporate legal documents, as well as participation in contract administration and regulatory review.

Muhammad has also gained practical experience through court and chambers attachments, where he developed competencies in legal research, drafting, client advisory, and exposure to litigation processes. His foundation in legal practice was further strengthened during his time at Heritage Law Firm, Abuja.

He brings a strong blend of legal expertise, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, and is particularly interested in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, litigation, and public sector advisory. He is known for his professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
