Internal Audit Manager Mujeebullah Yoosufani leverages almost a decade of experience as a Certified Public Accountant to develop and oversee information technology (IT) risk models for an Ontario-based supplier of injection molding equipment. Since joining the company in 2010, Mujeebullah Yoosufani has conducted an end-to-end IT Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal assessment, including complete documentation of ITGC processes and internal controls, and executing tests regarding efficacy for the corporate environment. Mujeebullah Yoosufani has also evaluated the firm’s international sites and provided upper management with a detailed list of global ITGC deficiencies, along with recommendations on how to address those issues. Preceding his current position, Mujeebullah Yoosufani served as a Senior Consultant for a major consulting firm in Toronto. Spearheading SOX 404 and IT process audits on-site, Mujeebullah Yoosufani performed preliminary and follow-up reviews, analyzed risk, and drafted strategic recommendations. Mujeebullah Yoosufani served as a Project Lead and SOX Business Analyst for a large advisory engagement, aiding the client in successfully altering an IT control environment to comply with SOX 404 requirements. Mujeebullah Yoosufani previously served as a Senior Auditor for a Chicago-based company, where he performed SAS 70 and IT audits for various clients. In this role, Mujeebullah Yoosufani executed comprehensive evaluations for a health care service provider, pinpointing strengths and weaknesses to offer more efficient and effective strategies to minimize risks and meet compliance stipulations. Initially entering the workforce as an Information Risk Management, IT Advisory, and Assurance professional for a consulting services provider in Chicago, Mujeebullah Yoosufani performed a global change management audit, as well as a worldwide alliance relationship licensing audit for a Big Three client. He also pioneered internal financial services audits for Oracle, SAP, AS/400, and Web technologies. An alumnus of the University of Windsor, Mujeebullah Yoosufani earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, as well as his Bachelor of Computer Science from the Canadian educational institution. He possesses certifications as a professional accountant, as well as an information systems auditor.
