Married with eight children, 11 grandchildren and 2 great grands. Retired after 25 years of working in the Operating Room as a Surgical Technologist. Several years ago, I buried my oldest daughter when she was 27 years old. The loss took a big chunk out of my soul. It has been very therapeutic for me to stay involved with the Art of music, dance exhibits, museums, traveling and most importunately, spending time with the grands. I have a background in African dance, mentoring teens and I am currently looking into initiating a rites of passage programs for boys and girls. I am also a Sophomore in College. My major is Psychology and I am loving every second of life. The professor of one my classes, suggested that I would be excellent as a counselor because of my experience and wisdom. I will be 67 years young on my birthday, February 4. I pray for long life, good health, and the oppurtunity to finish school and possibly work part time as a youth counselor. My husband and I still have a lot of travling to do.
