Being a passionate seeker of information technology, I have always been aspiring to enhance my professional knowledge and expertise in this field which is highlighted through my professional and academic accomplishments. A strong knowledge of various operating systems ICT Skills is one of my landmark achievements which include Web Development: HyperText Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Content Management System (CMS), ASP.NET, and PHP: Hypertext Programming Language; Programming: Java Programming Language, Structured Query Language (SQL); Computer Networks. I have also got myself trained as a Cisco associate.

Desktop Computer Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting is also an enhancement to my experience. Another important trait of my professional experience is experience with customer service (2 years in UK / 3 years in Saudi Arabia / 2 years in Pakistan).

I have also served as an IT and Operations Manager at Rowad Al Khaleej International School where my duties included smooth running of the IT infrastructure within the school system which comprised of supervising the maintenance of all the systems including the transport within the school premises as well as the expenditure. I have also worked in the capacity of Educational Assistant at the same institution where my job duties also included IT Support such as installation of IT systems in computer laboratories. Moreover, resolving all maintenance issues involving the regular contact with the concerned officials and resource persons was also an incumbent part of my official duties.

An addition to my experience is my work as a Co-Auditor for BlueTech, Saudi Arabia and Cisco trainee as well. I have also worked as a Faculty Member and Management Representative at House of International Consultant in Saudi Arabia.
