My name is Mukta which was given to me by my Guru, meaning “liberated”.

My birth name is Müge. It is the name of the flower “lily of the valley”. Basically I am trying to be a combination of the two, liberated within nature yet still grounded. I love nature and divine love itself! I'm a fun loving person who centers life around clean living and the importance of taking care of your body.

I am a student & instructor of yoga. In 2009, I started doing yoga as a relief to my health problems raised from business life. I specialize in Hatha Yoga and prenatal yoga, I also have experience in Thai massage and oil aroma therapy with a particular focus in working with pregnant women. I developed and maintained these skills through working as an instructor in my own studio and in hospitals within Istanbul.

I am happily unsettled. Home is where my mat is. I am from cosmos like all of us, born in Turkey, meet with divine love in India and currently travelling in South America.

It is all about getting in balance with nature. That is how the healing happens. I believe that if you are following your passion, all else will fall into place. Yoga I believe reflects this as it allows us to observe ourselves and follow our passions.

Practicing yoga, meditation, pranayama is about honouring my presence on and off of the mat. As my guru said “We can’t do yoga, it happens. Yoga happens just like love happens”. So, let it happen and give it a try with me.

I am available for personal and group hatha yoga classes, meditation and breathing sessions, prenatal yoga and Thai/aromatherapy massages.
