Participants in Multifamily Partner’s program benefit from one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions, in which they form relationships with established professionals and receive the guidance they need to become successful. In addition to covering traditional components of real estate investment, Multifamily Partner delivers valuable instruction in non-real estate skill sets, ranging from operational enhancement and corporate communications to investment management and management consulting. The student-focused Multifamily Partner program delivers comprehensive education and individual coaching over the course of 12 months to ensure that students develop sustainable investment expertise and the ability to capitalize on meaningful wealth-building opportunities. Instead of learning from outdated materials or forgettable three-day training camps, students in the Multifamily Partner program gain access to the knowledge of active and successful professional investors who are able to help students grow their investments and avoid common errors. The organization strives to ensure that each student can be a successful multifamily investor with just one investment and lasting support. By joining the Multifamily Partner community, students partner with a multifamily procurement and asset management enterprise that purchases at least $30 million in apartment projects annually. Participants also have long-term access to the organization’s growing network of investors, the ability to repeat classes, and the chance to engage in the firm’s Opportunity Review Board twice a month. Through the Opportunity Review Board, program graduates can learn about valuable capital development prospects and current multifamily projects.
