• 1986-1988 He-ro Industries – merchandise manager
• 1989-1992 The He-ro Group – V.P. Private Label (company went public but CEO died 1994)
• 1992 - 1993 Causeway Bay company – president/15% shareholder (partner with Anthony Fu and Sandy Baldanza)
• 1994 – 1995 Ella Designs Inc – president/49% shareholder (partner with Anthony Fu from Due per Due)
• 1995 - present Lai Apparel Design Inc
