The Product Manager will be a strong leader in developing and leading key components of the marketing strategy and tactical plans to successfully commercialise products and maximize sales throughout the product life cycle. Effort will be aligned to the current commercial products in the field of Haematology, Oncology and other specialised products in the Jazz portfolio.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Essential Functions
Implementation of marketing strategy to maximize revenues return throughout the product life cycle.
Obtain input from country management and other functions, KOLs and other sources as necessary to identify, develop and execute business initiatives that advance the brand.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and has ability to influence and generate commitment from others without direct authority
Ability to drive projects forward work on own initiative and work with a cross-functional team
Strong project management skills to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal/ communication skills to interact with Healthcare Professionals and colleagues in 1:1 and group settings
Ability to work well and deliver under pressure
Responsibilities may require working outside of "normal" hours, in order to meet business demands.
