Munir Gomaa Chicago

Munir Gomaa is a 20 year old college student studying healthcare sciences at the University of Chicago in Illinois. He is currently fulfilling his pre-dental and pre-medical requirements while also pursuing a bachelors degree in Psychology. After college, he hopes to matriculate into dental school in the Chicagoland area. While in dental school, Munir hopes to continue to study and research psychology as it relates to healthcare access in underprivileged and underserved communities as well as how healthcare professionals can better serve their communities by implementing best practices in psychology. He also hopes to further study how different religious texts treat themes in the study of psychology. Munir was the founder of the pre-dental association at the University of Chicago and is a fan of education, volunteering, and social justice causes. He is also interested in reading and travel.
