Munira Charania

Hi! My name is Munira Charania and I'm an MBA working for McDonald's Corporate as a Workforce Planning Manager for the US. Entrepreneurship and DIY techniques are two of my greatest passions; I strongly believe that new and disruptive technologies will continue to change the great world we live in.

Every day, I have the unique opportunity of creating programs and strategic plans to guide our workforce with expertise in change management and demand planning. Impacting over 13,000 restaurants with innovation and people values.

In my spare time, I continuously strive to learn something new every day. My favorite phrase is “Google is your best friend” we won’t always know everything but that never stops one from learning about it.

I’m also quite the travel bug having worked in a global setting and learned to build relationships at a young age with travel to countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Thailand and Pakistan. I love to meet new people so feel free to reach out and connect!
