The good news is I don't go anywhere that I don't run into someone I know. The bad news is I don't go anywhere that I don't run into someone I know. I am a safety professional for the hospital I was born at, in the town I was raised in and a house I now live in. I have some incredibe stories that would knock your socks off! I primarily investigate how and why healthcare workers injure themselves and how I might be able to prevent it from happening again. I have a pretty good sense of humor. Have to when I have a job like mine. One time, I had an employee try to tell me their toe was hurting because they bumped their elbow on a counter. Really??? Story of my life. I've become a real life detective and I love it. I dont have to deal with the gory, criminal justice side of things, but that doesn't mean things don't get messy. I take my job seriously and cherish both the professional and personal relationships I have made throughout the years. Work hard, play hard. That's my motto.
