I am a Software Solution builder. Three things about me Creative, Clients and Leadership. I work on projects that typically has no typical steps. So it is always a new methodology or new roadmap and so new challenges. I find creative ways to build solutions. I have delivered solutions for 30 Fortune 100 clients whose business is either Finance or Healthcare or Manufacturing or Government. These clients have widely varying business requirements, culture, objectives, values. My leadership is about getting results from people. Some may need coaching or mentoring, some others may need just resources and they may be experts in executing. So what ever they need I build the right team and so they can deliver the right results within budget and on time.
