I'm a career coach, soft skill trainer, Six Sigma coach, SAP functional (PPQM) Consultant , Project Manager,and volunteer at Special School. My interests are in both technology and education. Additionally, in student skill-upgrading programs, research, and innovation initiatives.
I have over 16 years of domain experience with AV Birla Group and 12 years as an SAP Functional & Project Manager with Zensar,Infosys and TechM.
As the Manager of Production at Grasim Industries(AV Birla Group), a leading producer of Rayon Grade pulp, involved in the industry's adoption of world-class manufacturing practices, Value Maximization Campaign, Six Sigma Projects, and the Power of “5 values”.Conversant with Bulk Drug Manufacturing, Nitric Acid Plant Project Execution, and Design and Implementation of Pulp Plant.
Functional SAP consultant with expertise in the modules for PP QM. Lead the teams for the roll-out initiatives in the role of a Project lead. Four SAP deployments were carried out using the ASAP Methodology one in Pharma,one in Chemical, and three Dairy. Completed Prince 2 Project Management Certification

Won the "Ideation and Innovation competition" and received the "Grand Salute - Live Wire" Award at TechM for exhibiting technological prowess and a steadfast dedication to the brand and the organizational goal.
The "Standing Ovation Award" was given by TechM in recognition of efforts to implement FI projects that raised CSI from 86% to 90% by enhancing project SLAs.
