Masaki Murase

I'm software engineer at Shimadzu Corp., Kyoto, Japan since 2009. I specialize in mass spectrometry for structural analysis of biomolecules. I'm currently working on developing analysis system of post translational modification which regulate various protein functions.

I had more than 10 years experience in biophysic research and got married with structural biologist. I'm happy to support biological researchers in my job.

I enjoy cycling in my freetime. I climb Mt. Norikura once a year by my bicycle. Background photo-image was taken at a height of 2700 meters in Sep, 2011.
