i am a pro-friend-ssional; i work, but i do not see it as a "9-5" issue. i would rather approach work as a lifestyle, a "24/7" issue. matters may need to be dealt with at any time of the day, a gamechanger may come up any moment, anywhere in the world. thus, continuous & extensive tracking, researching & planning is vital to proceed, develop and even survive; for in the digital age, you are either 1 or 0.

at first, we must accept the change. how we live, communicate, travel, learn, socialize has another dimension, which is not necessarily supplementary or "price-friendly", but a dimension that lifts barriers in terms of business.

in this context, the point should be to exploit the digital tools, in order to increase the quality of communication. another point is to understand & execute the process of "knowledge>information>data", as much as the "data>information>knowledge" flow.

in retrospect, i am a pro-friend-ssional. i do not feel comfortable with the old-school approach to "sales", as i truly believe that the future for businesses depends on relationship building & management; similar to social relationships, involving mutual benefits and respect. achieving this at a sustainable level, even on a global scale when planned thoroughly, is possible through digital media.
