As an accomplished brand strategist, my career achievements include proven excellence in creating & executing PR/Marketing strategies with maximized results for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. I've lived my life and made an impact in the lifestyle space, spanning sports, entertainment & pop-culture, consumer electronics, tech & videogames. I started on this journey as a bartender at Wrigley Field in Chicago and it turned into a career. Deciding to get serious about education, I packed my bags & headed to FSU to focus on PR. While I was there I ended up becoming one of first Nike Campus Reps & upon graduating I moved to Portland & worked at Nike for 8 years in marketing & PR for Nike Golf, Soccer, Basketball & Brand Jordan. Looking to trade 9 months of rain for 9 months of sun, I got a gig at PlayStation & moved to San Diego where I focused on sports games like MLB The Show™, F1™ and NBA®, while also spearheading the media relations efforts for the global launch of the PS3® in NYC & working on some other key franchises such as God of War®, Twisted Metal™, Wipeout® and Gran Tursimo™. Next came a move to LA to work at Activision where I worked on entertainment titles like Guitar Hero®, Skylanders Spyro's Adventure®, Wolfenstein™, Blur®, Geometry Wars™, etc.). During my stint, I pioneered the PR efforts for the first-ever album launch within a video game for Soundgarden’s Telephantasm and Guitar Hero®. This marked the first time an album was certified platinum by the RIAA before its actual launch date. Wanting to get more engaged in the Tech/Consumer Electronics/Mobile world, Seattle & Waggener Edsrom PR popped up on the radar, so I headed back to the PNW & partnered with key clients (T-Mobile, HTC, Wattsmedia, Serevi Rugby, etc.) & served as strategic advisor for the ideation, development, and execution of intelligent & impactful integrated marketing, social & PR campaigns. Being a nomad, made the move to New York to do some brand & product storytelling for New Era Caps. Results were solid... activations at MLB All-Star, Super Bowl XLVIII & NBA All-Star 2014, the Mariano Rivera Limited Edition Cap launch & street re-naming event, etc. Now I'm looking for my next big adventure!
