I, Nancy Murray, received my real estate license in January 2006, after retiring from the Navy as a Commander and immediately started working under the Keller Williams umbrella. I have truly been "Kellerized." I love the company and everything it believes. With my military background, it was important that I hung my hat where they continued with the teaming philosophy of helping others to succeed. Many of the agents that assist me also live in Academy School District 20. It allows me to work at home, work more efficiently, spend more time with my family, and work in the northern part of town (most of the time). I work in an area where the average sales price is about $350,000. The Colorado Springs MLS advertised average sales price is about $225,000.
