Murray Parker

I was born many years ago in Boston, Massachusetts and at the age of three moved to my father's hometown in Eastern North Carolina. I consider myself a lifelong North Carolinian. I lived for three and a half years in South Dakota while serving in the Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. After service, I completed my education at East Carolina University with a B.A. in history. I am now retired and plan on pursuing my deep passion of photography. I am currently living in Holly Springs, NC and also plan to spend much more time with my three grand children. My other hobbies include golf, tennis and an earlier passion to paint true to life watercolors. This I believe led me to my passion with photography a more instant gratification in the creation of an idea.
