Murray Waas is an independent journalist and investigative reporter who has most recently written for Foreign Policy,Vox, and the New Yorker about the special counsel's probe of the Trump administration's alleged collusion with Russia to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

Murray Waas has been a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in the category of national reporting, winner of the Goldsmith Smith, and winner ofthe Barlett & Steele Investigative Prize.
