M Murshed Haider, one of the co-founders of optiMA, has more than 10 years of professional experience in different corporate sectors in Bangladesh and Australia. He was the Country Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a multinational software company over 04 years.

He has done HR & Management Consultancy for various corporates and was also involved in conducting number of training programs, seminars and workshops throughout his career and received tremendous positive feedback from the participants.

At optiMA, he is sharing his knowledge and experience with the ‘professionals’ & ‘going to be professionals’ who are eager to optimize their skills and knowledge that will assist them building up their career in the leading companies or climbing up the ladder at ease.
