Narasimha Murthy is one of Sydney’s most trusted property developer. He provides the opportunity for selected investors to participate in joint venture residential property development projects. Investors contribute the capital funds required and/or the loan servicing and guarantee for the bank finance and Murthy manages the project to completion. The profit from the project is shared amongst the parties involved.

Murthy undertakes residential property development projects in and around Sydney suburbs with infill potential. Projects are typically three to four dwellings in size and involve purchasing a property with an existing dwelling that will be renovated, subdivided and sold prior to construction of new dwellings on the remainder of the land. The new dwellings are sold on completion and the project concluded. A typical project time frame is approximately 24 months from settlement of site acquisition to sale and settlement of all the land and buildings.
The main aim of the strategy is to add value to the established dwelling and excess land to manufacture profit, rather than rely on market growth, which is often uncertain.

Murthy is deeply connected to property investments. He graduated with a E&C engineering master’s degree from Bangalore university and has lived in the Newark, NJ, USA, and Carlingford Sydney. Murthy supports numerous local charities and Scouts—including ATS, Carlingford Scouts, ATTC, and Udjojs.

When he isn’t working, Murthy enjoys traveling, restoring old houses, analyzing properties and spending time with his family and friends.
