I have spent over 10 years honing my skills within recruitment, both as an agency recruiter and in-house recruitment manager and I am finding the current digital/social age extremely exciting in terms of business development, candidate management and sourcing.

I am now focused on growing my own company www.microitglobal.co.uk in to a flourishing agency supplying staff globally in to IT/Tech departments and Digital Media/Marketing houses.
